The term “WARP” Speed is not an exaggeration when describing the rate by which change is about to take place and impact at all levels of the techno-socio-economic spectrum. As a result, industrial boundaries will blur opening endless opportunities for innovation.

A EUREKA is the sudden, unexpected realization of the solution to a problem. It invariably induces in us an urge to shout out loud in joy. There may be some differences in their curves to come to market, but they are all made of this flash of inspiration: A light bulb turning “on” in the brain.

At Integral Limits, we are a hub for creative ideas. We occupy the space between eurekas and their becoming world reality through our work in open innovation. Whereas a creative idea may have its genesis in one individual’s stroke of genius, open innovation is a far more complex process of creating the conditions for wide collaboration between many dispersed teams around the world. Designing around it requires exposing it to an ecosystemic environment for incubation and an intense process of prototyping, iteration and field testing.

At Integral Limits, we take only “select” creative ideas that represent blue ocean futures. The Blue Ocean concept is based upon the best seller book of the same title. The term “blue oceans” represents uncontested market space, as opposed to “red oceans” where competitors fight for dominance in a vicious competitive landscape, thus the color red signifying a bloody market battle. 

We incubate select ideas in our open innovation ecosystem. It is within this environment that we track them through multiple layers of design evolution that intersects with academia, industry, and other complimentary startups services.

Gone are the days of the lone genius huddled over a table in a garage inventing the next gadget. A cursory review of relevant market research indicates that start-ups have high failure rates for the simple fact that innovation is paradoxical at every turn and too complex of an undertaking.
